• Players who are not placed on a team will receive a full refund and DO NOT need to make a written/email request.
• Refund requests made after teams start practicing are subject to a reduction in cost incurred by the region up to that point (insurance, uniforms)
• No refunds will be given once games have been played (except for medical reasons and these will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
• The National Player Fee of $25.00 is not refundable.

8U and 6U Divisions

We honor requests for players, however, we do strive to balance teams (one of our AYSO philosophies), so there is no guarantee the request will be made.

10U Divisions and Up

• Coach may choose an Assistant coach, as long as team balance can be maintained by the request.
• Requests can be made but are not guaranteed. At this age, it is important that teams do not carry forward similar players, to ensure fairness in balancing teams.
