Season is Getting Close	Division Coordinators have been updated.
Web Design	Have you notice our website looks a little drab and boring. We are looking for one or two volunteers that have web design/development experience who can help build a new look. If you have talent and time, get in touch with Bruce.
Referee Training	Region 55 will be holding special Referee Field Training clinics this Fall. This training program is designed for new Regional level referees, returning Regional level referees who have been reffing for 1 or 2 years, or for any Regional level referee who wants formalized field training that is unavailable in the Regional referee class. 2010 Fall Registration Info Registration Instructions	After the May 4^th registration, late registration fee is $145. All players who did not play in Region 55 during Fall/Spring 2009/2010 must provide a copy of a birth certificate for age verification.
FLEX Program (Plus Program)	AYSO has changed the name of the Plus program from Plus to FLEX. 2010 FLEX teams tryouts will be held on April 18th & 25th at the Ocean View District Offices (17200 Pinehurst Lane). Read the updates to the FLEX Program.
Rain Day Question	Do we play if it is raining? Yes, the only cancellations will be if there is a concern about kids safety. Knowing our kids like mud, we let them play. However, we have a mudline you can call if you think games will be cancelled and just want to verify Mudline: (714) 585-3161
	Final results are now posted. Thank you everyone who participated and helped.
PARKING! PARKING! PARKING!	We are in jeopardy at two facilities due to parking! If your team practices at Glen View during the week, your parents must park on the street and not in the Learning Circle’s parking lot. At Lark View (Ocean View School District offices) AYSO parents are not allowed to park behind the school on the blacktop. We must park in the parking lot at all times.

Equipment Bank

Dear Region 55 families:

Region 55 has created an “equipment bank” where donated cleats, shin guards, balls, uniforms, etc. are discreetly forwarded to families in our community that could use our help. We accept donations year round so dig out your good, usable, outgrown equipment and make a difference!

Place items in the “Equipment Bank” box located in or near the container at each field on game day. Should you have any questions or have donations after the fall season please contact commissioner Russ Marlow at commissioner@ayso55.org

Our desire is to assist as many families as donations allow. If anyone is aware of a player in need, please contact Abe and every effort will be made to assist them with their equipment needs.

Please help those in need be ready for next season.
